FUSE Support

We’re only as good as the support we provide for our services. We respond to all support requests within one business day although most often sooner than that. If it’s urgent/an emergency, we’ll address your inquiry even faster.

 

Start Here

Please check status.fusesearch.com and confirm there isn’t a reported outage. While rare, it could happen. FUSE uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host its platform.

You’re always welcome to log an issue with us. However, if you see an outage reported, please consider monitoring our status page instead and checking for your service’s restoration after all systems return to normal operations.

Emergency Service

No time parameters apply. FUSE will respond to your request first priority.
